Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono together with the Regional Leadership Communication Forum (Forkopimda) and Jakarta DPRD Chairman, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, greeted residents celebrating New Year's Eve 2023.
Together with the group, the Acting Governor departed from the Jakarta City Hall at around 8 PM using a boogie car and electric bike to the Malam Muda Mudi Festival (Youngsters Night) at the Sarinah Berdendang Stage, where there was a puppet show which was orchestrated by a Puppeteer, Ki Sambowo from TMII telling the story of the character Hanoman.
Residents Enjoy Music Entertainment at Bundaran HIOn that occasion, he then greeted the residents a the location. In the wayang stage, he asked Ki Sambowo about the stories being shown and the lessons that could be learned from them.
"This story is about Hanuman. Hanuman is a story about a character, a wayang character whose age exceeds the limit of living in four ages. Before Ramayana, Mahabrata, even after Mahabarata. So, it continues until these four ages. Something like that sir," he expressed.
He also thanked the people who came and urged them to always maintain cleanliness and public order.

At the same location, PT Sarinah President Director, Fetty Kwartati also expressed her gratitude to the Jakarta Government, where the Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency has made the event lively.

After visiting the Sarinah Berdendang Stage, the Acting Governor and the group continued to the Da Vinchi pedestrian stage and Plaza Indonesia stage. He also took the time to greet residents and serve residents who wanted to take selfies with him.
